My expertise is at the intersection of content model design, localization, and UX strategy.

I'm a bilingual content designer for agentic experiences, with a STEM master's from the University of Southern California and 7+ years of industry experience in user experience for HRtech and Fintech products.

My work is grounded in real user research. Most recently, I led conversation design for the first cross-border money transfer app in ChatGPT for Remitly.

As a certified yoga teacher and rock climbing enthusiast, I bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to my professional journey.
